It started 7 years ago with the simple idea of making macarons in India. What an incredible learning experience these years have been. While it seems shiny and glamorous (which it sometimes is) most of the time it's tough and challenging. But hey, that's what makes it interesting! And I get to do what I love every single day and call it a job 😊 From a team of 3 to 75 I feel like I'm constantly mothering someone and I wouldn't be able to do this without my incredible and strong parents AND all of you!! Mumbai's favourite pastry chef and macaron queen of India, Pooja Dhingra has been posting a series of photographs on her Instagram handle since yesterday. The occasion is Le 15's seventh birthday on March 1 ie today.
