How To Make Beetroot & Cream Cheese Puri

INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    Cream cheese:- 1 cup
    Finely chopped dry fruits
    Sugar: 2 tablespoons
    Sliced beetroots
    Oil for frying
    Refined flour: 1 cup

DIRECTIONS

Method:
1. Knead the refined flour dough and keep it aside.
2. Take a mixing bowl, add in cream cheese, dry fruits, sugar, and beetroot.
3. Take a small portion of the dough, with the rolling pin roll it out in the shape of puri.
4. Heat the oil in the frying pan and deep fry the puri.
5. Place the cheese cream mixture in the centre of the puri and it’s ready to serve.
