In a mixing bowl, take butter (room temperature), icing sugar and mix both of them.
Add flour, mix it again and knead the dough.
Once the dough is ready, let it rest in the fridge for 30 mins.
Remove the dough from the fridge. Roll it out and cut it into the desired shapes and sizes.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
