INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    4-5 rotis, with ghee, cold, cut up into pieces
    ½ cup buttermilk
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    4-5 curry leaves
    1 tsp salt
    ¼ tsp hing
    Pinch of turmeric
    Pinch of red chili powder

DIRECTIONS

Method of Preparation:

– Heat the oil and temper with mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves.

– Add turmeric and red chili powder.

– Add buttermilk and salt.

– Let it cook.

– Then add roti and sauté everything together.

– Serve it hot and enjoy!
