Fix yourself this quick cabbage salad for your next meal.

INGREDIENTS

    1/2 finely sliced cabbage
    1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp sugar
    Salt to taste
    2 tbsp sugarcane vinegar
    1 tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. In a bowl, mix together the sugarcane vinegar and olive oil.

2. Add in pepper and sugar and mix again.

3. Pour this in a bowl of shreadded cabbage and toss well.

4. Chill and serve.
