Israeli food journalist Gil Hovav and Vicky Ratnani get together to make a quick carrot salad.

INGREDIENTS

    Carrots
    Spring onions
    Coriander
    Chilles
    Lemon
    Garlic
    Salt
    Pepper
    Olive oil

DIRECTIONS

1. Begin by chopping all the vegetables and adding them to a large bowl.

2. To that add salt, pepper, chilles, lemon juice, chopped lemons, coriander, garlic, olive oil and mix well.

3. Garnish and serve.
