With the party season already knocking at the door, we all want to shed that extra few pounds. Follow Chef Pranav Joshi's simple steps and make this delicious Hummus.

INGREDIENTS

    Chickpeas
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper
    Basil
    Lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender, add soaked chickpeas, olive oil, tahini paste, garlic, basil leaves, salt, pepper, and bled it well.

2. Add in a little more olive oil and lemon juice and blend again.

3. Garnish and serve.
