Bhatachi Kheer (Rice Pudding) By Archana

INGREDIENTS

    Ingredients:
    - 500 ml milk.
    - 1 cup cooked basmati rice.
    - Small cup sugar.
    - 1 tbsp raisins.
    - 1 tbsp mixed nuts.
    - Cardamom powder.
    - 1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter).

DIRECTIONS

Method:

– Heat clarified butter on the pan.

– Add Dry fruits to it and fry it along the butter already heating up.

– Add the cooked rice to it and mix and then also put the Milk in the pan.

– Add Elaichi powder, castor sugar and mix it well and boil the kheer.

– Ready to Serve.
