In a bowl add rice flour, refined flour, turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin seeds, butter, salt, asafoetida, curd and mix it all together.

In the same bowl, add water to the batter to form the dough like consistency

Then in a chakli maker add the dough and make round chaklis out of them.

Fry the chakli in the oil and it is ready to serve.
