A Middle-Eastern dish, usually eaten for breakfast or lunch, Shakshouka can be made in your kitchen.

1. Heat some oil in a pan.

2. Fry some chopped onions and garlic.

3. Add the tomato puree. Season it with salt and pepper.

4. Put some cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, spring onions and parsley.

5. Crack the eggs. Cover it with a lid and let it cook.

6. Sprinkle some sumac powder and drizzle chilli oil.

7. Serve with pita bread.
