If you're searching for something tasty but healthy, this scrumptious Kosambari / Moong Dal salad recipe is ready to tantalize your taste buds

INGREDIENTS

    1/3 cup moong dal soaked in water for 20 minutes and drained
    1 small cucumber, grated
    1 small mango, grated
    Salt
    Turmeric powder
    Hing water
    Coriander leaves
    1 tablespoon Grated coconut
    ½ teaspoon Lime juice
    1 teaspoon oil
    ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
    Curry Leaves

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, combine soaked and drained moong dal with rest of the ingredients and mix.
Prepare to temper with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.
Pour over kosambari and mix.
TIP: If you want some spice, you can add chopped green chilies.
