Kuttu Ke Atta Ka Cheela
Cheela's are India’s answer to the western pancake and with Desi Atta Company’s Kuttu Atta, they become even more irresistible!
Take the aata in a bowl.
Add little water to make a batter of pouring consistency.
Add all the ingredients. Mix well. Heat a flat pan.
Add a little bit of ghee in the pan and a ladle full of batter.
Spread like a cheela.
Cook both sides evenly until it's golden brown.
