Veena shows you another quick & easy snack you can make for your guests this Diwali. Watch & learn how to make Palak & Doodhi Pakodas.

Method:

1. For the batter: mix gram flour, red chilli powder, soda bi-carb, carrom seeds, coriander leaves and salt along with water.

2. Dip slices of doodhi/lauki in the batter and coat evenly and fry in hot oil on a medium flame until crisp and golden brown.

3. Dip each palak leaf in the batter and fry until golden brown.

4. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
