If you’re looking to experiment with something exciting for your child's tiffin, this Tofu Stuffed Capsicum recipe is just what you need! Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a fun tomato punch to the recipe and grilling the capsicum ensures that this healthy recipe is light in calories as well.

INGREDIENTS

    Capsicum/bell peppers: 2
    Oil for brushing as required
    Stuffing:-
    Tofu crumbled: 1 cup
    Chopped onion: 1 cup
    Chilli powder: 1 teaspoon
    Soya sauce: 1 teaspoon
    Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
    Sesame seeds: 1 teaspoon
    Salt to taste
    Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
    Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon

DIRECTIONS

Take a bowl, add tofu, onion, soy sauce, salt, chilli powder, ginger, sesame seeds, coriander leaves and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup. Mix together all the stuffing ingredients.

Wash, de-seed and slice the capsicum into two halves. Brush with olive oil and set aside. Stuff the capsicum with the tofu mixture.

Grill it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.

Pack it in the tiffin box.
