Binge-watching and binge eating seem to be a great idea for a perfect night in but, with so many choices around we mostly end up re-watching the same shows we’ve been watching since forever & eating the same old chips & dips to go with it. It’s absolutely essential for me to watch something while I’m snacking and I’m very confused about the right snacks to binge on that are also healthy. I narrowed down my favourite healthy snacks and hopefully, I can help you decide what to eat this weekend while you binge-watch one of these series'.

Healthy and yummy, this is a deadly combination and my favourite thing to snack on. If plain makhanas are something you don’t enjoy. Here's a peri- peri masala recipe that adds a zing to the regular ones which is guaranteed to become your favourite snack.

Where do I even begin to describe this chatpata peanut salad? It’s my dad’s favourite and I grew up eating it. Add your favourite veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions and top it with lemon and salt for a tangy taste and there you have it, delicious masala peanut salad. You could also have a chicken version of the same dish, if you're a meat lover!
