Chatpate Chole (Sweet and Sour Chickpeas) is packed with the flavor of Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup and a whole lotta love, making it perfect for your child’s tiffin. It’s also healthier and tastier than regular chole (chickpeas).

INGREDIENTS

    1/2 cups boiled Chickpeas
    2 tablespoons Sweet and spicy tomato ketchup
    2 teaspoons Soya sauce
    1 teaspoons Vinegar
    1 teaspoons Ginger powder
    4-5 chopped Garlic pods
    2 teaspoons Oil
    1 sliced Capsicum
    1/2 cup Cauliflower/broccoli florets
    1/4 teaspoons Black pepper
    Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat oil over medium high heat in a large fry pan. Add garlic and cook for 2 minute

2. Add the peppers and mix in. Cover and cook for 2 mins

3. Add the broccoli and mix in. Cover and cook for another 2 mins

4. Add the chickpeas, sugar, ketchup, ginger powder, vinegar and black pepper. Add a little water and bring to boil.

5. Add salt, check for taste and adjust the sweetness/spiciness according to your liking

6. Turn off the heat and garnish with some sesame seeds and serve with rice.
