Ugadi Pachadi is a traditional South Indian recipe prepared specially for the occasion of Ugadi or new year. Watch this recipe by Preetha.

INGREDIENTS

    1 tablespoon Fresh Neem Flowers
    ½ cup grated Jaggery, dissolved in ¼ cup water
    1 tablespoon tamarind paste
    2 tablespoons Raw Mango, grated with skin
    1 tablespoon Coconut, grated
    1 teaspoon green chilies, chopped
    Salt

DIRECTIONS

Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Serve as Prasad.
