REFUND POLICY

Refunds

No refunds on cancellation. In the event of the class being cancelled or rescheduled participation fees will be refunded.

Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, till 12 days of refund request accepted, please contact us at contact@indiafoodnetwork.in.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We may replace the products if they are defective or damaged or shipped incorrectly. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@pingnetwork.in and send your item to us on receiving confirmation from our side. Please note that the discretion lies with us to approve or reject exchange in such case.
