With the Moon moving through Pisces, Aries and Taurus, the planets recommend you take a gastronomical trip around the world, from the comfort of your home.

On the menu this week is seafood paella and cava, mirchi bhajias and beer, and grilled chicken with a red wine jus! By now you should know that it goes without saying that adding healthy dose of fresh veggies and a salad to your meals will do you a world of good.

If you have a sweet tooth, learn how to make delightful sorbets with fresh fruits. It’s as easy as 1-2-3:

  • Cut the fruit
  • Freeze the fruit
  • Blend the frozen fruit, and enjoy!

Add some lemon juice for a touch of citrus zesty, or be adventurous and add a dash of green tea, mint, a light touch of coriander, or a hint of green chilly. Here are some combinations that I enjoy:

  • Melon and mint
  • Apple and green tea
  • Plums and chilli
  • Peach and paprika
  • Cucumber and coriander
  • Banana and dark cocoa

We have just left behind the lunar eclipse but some might still feel its influence. Avoid greasy and overly spiced foods, and stay well away from red meats and hard liquor. Dairy could be difficult to digest this week, so why not try some delicious almond milk instead? It’s so easy to make, and its far healthier. Instead of reaching for processed butter, go ahead and make yourself a delicious nut butter at home. This week, the world is your oyster (pun intended)!
