Inside Drop Dead Sexy: Where Art, Desire, and Cocktails Collide

Designed by Siddharth Kerkar, Drop Dead Sexy in Assagao, Goa, is an immersive art bar where moving hands, watching eyes, and bold installations make guests feel seen, admired, and playfully celebrated.

Artworks by Subodh Kerkar ground the space in contemporary Indian art, balancing sensuality with cultural depth and adding meaning beyond visual spectacle and surface-level theatrics.

The bar launches its first seasonal programme, Extraction Interaction, completely reinventing the cocktail menu every three months with no repeats or carryovers between seasons.

Season One focuses entirely on strawberries, explored through advanced techniques like fermentation, milk washing, hydrosols, tea infusions, gels, and evolving strawberry ice formats.

The result is nine distinct cocktails from a single ingredient, each offering a different emotional, textural, and flavour-driven experience that evolves as the drink is consumed.
