La Panthera, Mumbai, Comes to Bengaluru With a 3 Day Pop-Up at The Conservatory
La Panthera, Chef Manuel Olveira’s modern European restaurant from Mumbai, hosts its first ever Bengaluru pop up at The Conservatory from 30 January to 1 February.
The three day collaboration brings together La Panthera’s ingredient first European cooking with The Conservatory’s design forward, high energy dining space in Shanti Nagar.
The pop up menu features signature tapas like Beetroot Carpaccio, Bloody Mary Ceviche, Steak Tartare, Scamorza Arancini, Baked Brie and Charred Octopus.
Guests can enjoy Neapolitan pizzas, hand-rolled Cacio e Pepe, Grilled Sea Bass, and the signature La Panthera Pizza with burrata and Nduja.
The experience ends with La Panthera-style Tiramisu, along with Chef Manuel Olveira sharing his love for Bengaluru’s dining culture.
