Recipe: A Healthy Oats Milkshake

INGREDIENTS

    Water
    Rolled Oats (40gm)
    Jaggery
    Dates (3-4)
    Milk
    Cinnamon Powder

DIRECTIONS

Method:

– Take a pan to boil the water.

– Once it boils add Oats to the water and mix it well.

– Add some Jaggery stir it for some time and let it cook. Allow to cool.

– Post that add the mixture to the blender along with dates and milk. Give it a good mix up.

– Pour it in a glass and garnish with Cinnamon Powder.

– Ready to serve.
