Recipe: A Healthy Oats Milkshake
- Take a pan to boil the water.
- Once it boils add Oats to the water and mix it well.
- Add some Jaggery stir it for some time and let it cook. Allow to cool.
- Post that add the mixture to the blender along with dates and milk. Give it a good mix up.
- Pour it in a glass and garnish with Cinnamon Powder.
- Ready to serve.
