I am sure you may be wondering why has it been so quiet at IFN the past few weeks? It sure has been a while since you got a glimpse of what the team and I have been up to in this time. Well, long story short, we've been toiling away for the festive season. And now that I step in as the Content Lead, piloting not just India Food Network but its sisters, Start2Bake and Tastemade India too, I promise to let you in on all the fun in the food world. As the adage goes 'change is inevitable', but I can assure all the changes here have only lead to even more exciting events. Read on to catch up on all the shows, recipes and other news you have missed.

The most awaited festival of the year is just around the corner and we just couldn't hold in our excitement any longer. We have lined up a number of toothsome and inviting, sweet and savoury snacks that you can enjoy, be it festive season or not. Like this instant bread rasmalai is a life saviour when in fix for dessert. Additionally, Start2Bake has some fire-cracker festive classes lined up to take your celebrations up a few notches. Click here to know all about these workshops and keep an eye out for that one Diwali special class that you can enrol for free!

Start2Bake has started a new initiative, #AapBanayeAurHumNaAaye for all home bakers as we soon approach Diwali. If you are passionate about baking sweets and savouries and everything in between, this project was started just for you. Head over to this link to register at the earliest, to be a part of a large community that shares the same interests as you as well as bolster your business. And if you wish to look up the best bakery and patisseries around you, here you will find an exhaustive list of the most delightful bakes being sold and delivered to your residence. Make sure to check it out, don't be late to the party.

And if Start2Bake and India Food Network weren't already doing their best, IFN's sister brand Tastemade India is out with three brand new shows on Pinterest. From donning the world of fusion desserts with India's Sweetest Playlist and sprucing up your plating skills with A Plate Full Of Desi Charm to venturing into new territories with Last Minute Touch Ups for a number of makeup hacks, we have most certainly pulled out at all the stops this festive season. Stay tuned, as I am very excited for you to see what we have in store for you.
