It is happening. The F.R.I.E.N.D.S reunion is set to air today in India and we can't keep calm. For many of us, F.R.I.E.N.D.S has been the show that we mindlessly watch while eating dinner or a quick lunch between working from home. It is familiar, comfortable and extremely binge-worthy too.

And what better way to do that than with recipes created by the show's official chef: Monica aka Courteney Cox, who has been sharing a lot of food on her social media recently. Here's a quick look at all that the celebrity has been cooking, from lemon pasta to our very own chicken curry. Sounds amazing, right? I know (Courteney Cox voice).

Chicken curry

Cox's special chicken curry is a long and elaborate recipe that's divided into two parts—a curry sauce made with brown onions, garlic, ginger, serrano chillies, cauliflower and chicken stock. And a chicken prep with the tenders cooked in a spice powder, onion and salt. Once it all comes together, Geller… oops, Cox, suggests that you try it with basmati rice.

Ginger-lime cocktail

We watched in adoration, Cox create this stellar cocktail recipe on the occasion of Cinco De Mayo, which celebrates the victory of Mexico over the French empire. All you need is lemon, ginger, agave, mint and a shot of tequila, and give it all a nice shake. Enjoy it while you binge on the episode.

Chicken Parmesan

"I know it is not Italian," chimes Cox on her IG, as she takes us through this easy peasy recipe. Made with chicken marinated in an egg, parsley and garlic mix, and then shallow fried in oil, this layered extravaganza also makes use of marinara, mozzarella and parmesan.

Lemon pasta

This might be the easiest recipe Cox has shared and it only calls for boiled pasta (you can use any of your choice, though she uses spaghetti and a few ingredients. Cook it in unsalted butter with lemon on a pan and add the pasta to it. Finish with a generous dash of parmesan.

Baked chicken

Recently shared on her Instagram, this herbaceous preparation makes use of a whole chicken, seasoned with kosher salt, olive oil and a herb mix. Bake it with a side of leeks for 40 minutes and et voila! Your Monica-style chicken is ready.
