Cosmopolitan Cocktail

1. Pre-chill the cocktail glass by filling it with ice.

2. Fill the cocktail shaker with 3/4th ice

3. Add Vodka, Cointreau, Cranberry juice, Lime juice and shake well.

4. Strain the drink into the cocktail glass

5. Put a gentle flame to the orange peel and drop it in and serve.
