Easy Paneer Chilli Recipe

Method:

1. In a pan, heat oil

2. In a bowl, coat the paneer in cornflour. Just enough to stick on the paneer

3. Shallow fry the paneer cubes in the pan

4. In a saucepan / kadai, heat oil and add the onions

5. Saute until transparent

6. Add garlic, chilli and the paneer cubes

7. And add both the sauces

8. Add the salt and pepper for taste

9. Serve hot with schezwan rice
