1st November is celebrated as World Vegan Day. So, if you are one among my fellow vegans, or someone that loves trying out new recipes, we bring to you a list of five, 100% vegan recipes. No more relying on store-bought, processed, ready-to-eat meals. Go on then, cook up a storm.

Vegan gajar halwa

If you miss the rich, dairy-based desserts, we have a surprise for you. You can now enjoy gajar ka halwa to your heart's content , because our vegan recipe does not include milk, mava or ghee.

Vegan pesto pasta

Even though you chose the vegan life, there is no reason for you to miss out on all the wonderful food that normally includes dairy. You can try our healthy and vegan pesto pasta, but be warned, the dish might end up becoming your comfort food soon.

Tofu bhurji

Tofu contains little to no cholesterol and is a rich source for iron and calcium. If you are looking for a way to incorporate the ingredient in your diet, but are tired of the regular stir-fry and tofu-stuffed recipes, try our tofu bhurji instead.

Vegan sushi

I'm not gonna lie when I say I was a little surprised too when I saw this recipe. But stick with the video till the end and you too can enjoy a plate full of sushi.

Vegan momo

I don't know about you, but I think life is empty without momos. These succulent dumplings along with some spicy sauce, are what I consider soul food. But worry not, we have a vegan option for you too. Because at IFN—just like Lilo and Stitch— we too believe that 'Ohana means family and family means no one gets left behind'.

If you try any of these recipes, do let us know how they turned out.
