- In a large bowl add chopped onion, turmeric powder, ginger garlic green chilli crush, coriander leaves, rice flour, gram flour, salt and boiled eggs.
- Then add water as required and mix well.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Make small portions of the batter and fry them.
- Serve hot.
