The mango season will be long gone, folks! So, try your hands on this refreshing Aam Panna Soda this weekend. Ready in minutes, it guarantees that refreshing feeling on a hot summer day.
1 small size raw mango
2 tbsp sugar
4 -5 mint leaves
1/2 tsp roasted cumin
1/4 tsp rock salt
150 ml soda
1. Roast raw mango in tandoor till the skin gets a little dark.
2. Let it cool and take the pulp out, discarding the skin.
3. Put all ingredients in a decanter (Sugar, Mint leaves, Roasted Cumin, Salt and Mango pulp) mix it properly to dissolve sugar and pour it in long glass.
4. Fill up the glass with ice and top up with soda.
5. Serve chilled.
