Chia seeds, native to Mexico have been around for quite a while, but have recently been rediscovered as a superfood for its health and nutritional benefits. Recipe for Chia Seed Pudding


1 cup milk

1/2 cup of chia seeds

1 1/2 tbsp honey

Cut fruit (optional)


Start by soaking in the chia seeds in the milk for a few hours (for better results) or a minimum of about an hour. Once the seeds have absorbed most of the milk, add in the honey and mix well. Top it off with fruits or nuts and enjoy a delicious healthy bowl of chia seed pudding.
