If you always wanted to make eclairs, this is your chance. Wisk by Cakesmiths is organising a hands-on workshop that will teach enthusiasts to make the French dessert in different flavours.
The trick to making the perfect eclair lies in the choux pastry, which requires focus and patience. This is followed by piping the choux dough on parchment paper and baking it. Once the eclairs come out of the oven, it is filled with cream or custard and topped with icing.
The flavours that will be demonstrated at this workshop are Nutella, strawberry, peanut butter mousse, Dulche de leche, mint and chocolate.
