Parsi New Year is here and what better way to celebrate the occasion than with lots of good food straight from the Bawi Bride kitchen. Food blogger and entrepreneur, Perzen Patel, has planned two special menus – one on August 17 where she will be taking pre-orders and another on August 21, which will be more like a pop-up with a seven course meal.
For Navroze i.e. August 17, Perzen will be delivering a handful of dishes like Chicken Farchas, Peesela Kaju nu Gosht, Saas ni Prawns, Chicken Pulao Daal and Lagan nu Custard at a price of Rs. 1600 per plate.
On August 21, she will be hosting a pop-up called #MachchiOnMyMind for fish lovers. A meal comprising Parsi dishes like Rawas Cutlets, Tuna Mayo Salad, Patra Ni Machchi and more are in store. It will be held at Flavour Diaries in Khar and priced at Rs. 2500.
