Vietnamese food is all about balance of flavours and the freshest of ingredients like lemongrass, ginger, basil and lime. In India, however, the cuisine isn't well explored. Keeping this in mind, UK-born Indian chef Anjali Pathak, and founder of Flavour Diaries, has come up with Vietnamese cooking classes in Mumbai this October.
The sessions will focus on learning the secret to dishes like Pho, Summer Rolls with Nuoc Cham and crunchy Red Cabbage, Spring Onion and Peanut Salad. There will also be dinner sessions focused on creating your own Vitenamese-themed dinners and healthy meals as per your dietary preferences.
