Deviled eggs are quite a party favourite.
Although a breakfast favourite, eggs can be eaten at any time of the day. This poultry staple can be cooked in many ways, so if you are bored of making the same old omelettes or scrambled eggs, here are a few interesting things that you can make with them.

Once that is done, remove the shells and cut them into half. Take out the egg yolks in a bowl and mix them with mayonnaise, mustard, chopped onions, coriander, pepper and salt. Once all this is well incorporated, scoop out little portions of this mix and fill in the hollows of the egg whites. Garnish with a little red chili powder and chopped coriander and serve.

In a pan, add some oil along with your choice of chopped vegetables, meat, grated cheese and seasonings. Sauté them and add them to the eggs.
