Here are a few things that you can do to make sure what you're consuming is safe to eat.

1. How To Wash Your Fruits & Vegetables

Fruits like apples & guava should be kept in boiled water and some salt for 15 minutes before consuming. It is also advisable to cut your fruits and then eat them. Fruits like raspberries or blueberries should be kept in normal water for a while. Drain the water and keep it in the refrigerator before eating them.
