Sausage menu at Sofitel BKC in Mumbai: Chefs Peter Sommer and André Lipp from Germany will be in Mumbai this weekend at Sofitel BKC's Artisan restaurant. The duo will curate a range of sausages - pork Frankfurter sausages, chicken Frankfurter, Landjaeger-style dry sausages and different kinds of German Bratwurst in curry, farmer style, fennel seat, pizza style, hot and spicy, cumin, onion and garlic flavours.
