By The Mekong, the contemporary Asian restaurant at Mumbai's St Regis hotel, has a brand new menu. Curated by Chef Shi Xilin, it redefines Oriental flavours by marrying traditional with the modern. Get the Edamame Truffle dumpling, Steamed Chilean Sea Bass, Hot Beans and Fresh green Chillies, Beggar’s Chicken, Sea Scallop Cuttlefish with Flying Fish Roe sui mai, Mekong Chicken with Shimeji and Barbeque Pork Ribs. Holi menu at One Street Over: With Holi three days away, the Bandra gastropub is creating colourful desserts and drinks in the form of Sprinkles Cheesecake and French Toast, and shots called Holi Shot Flight and Holi Punch Bowl. Skip the thandais and indulge in these beautiful dishes.

MasterChef pop-up menu at NRI BKC: MasterChef India winners Kirti Bhoutika and Ashima Arora have curated a pop-up menu under the guidance of twice-Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar. The collaborative menu is a six course meal comprising Malay Indian curried noodle soup, Shrimp Lumpia - Indonesian fresh rice paper rolls, Fish and Chips Doughnut and Butter Bean and Quinoa Khichdi - Quinoa and lentil stew served with pickled Turmeric, a beetroot Sago fritter among other things. It also features the winning dish of MasterChef India - Chana Gosht - Australian lamb chops with chickpeas and curried Jus and Orange and Fennel Bhapa Doi. The menu will be served until March 16.
