For everyone out there who loves pork, but is tired of eating the same old ribs and belly, you have to sign up for The Swining Table by Hungry Cat Kitchen. After three successful 'pork meet-ups', this home-based food venture is coming up with its 4th edition this weekend.

The menu has exciting new pork dishes like pork slider melt cheese pickles, pork pot pie, crunchy bean and bacon salad and pork and green mango in mustard sauce to name a few. "I thought that the demand for interesting pork dishes was already there, and since I was keen on experimenting with new flavours, The Swining Table was the perfect platform for me to play with different formats and cuisines," says Subhasree Basu, chef and owner of Hungry Cat Kitchen.

The Hungry Cat Kitchen caters to home deliveries and small parties serving home-style food mainly gravies, stews and curries. The menu has everything from chicken, mutton, pork and even vegetarian goodies. The menu can be customised to include salads, starters, pies and desserts too. The inspiration for all these different dishes is very organic as Subhasree being a self-taught cook, follows her instinct when it comes to cooking. "The menu is designed to include greens and carbs to complement the meat and ultimately balance out the meal," she says.
