Chefs Kelvin Cheung and Boo Kwang Kim launch a brand new cake menu at the Bastian Bakery.
Bringing the colours of the rainbow to life in this dreary weather is a ‘stacked’ Gluten Free Sprinkles cheesecake made with gluten-free sugar cookie base, sprinkles cheesecake, caramelized white chocolate and sprinkles cake crumbs. Also available is stacked Gluten Free Smores, gluten-free graham cookie base, liquid cheesecake, dark chocolate ganache and burnt marshmallows. Those who don’t mind their cakes with alcohol will love Bailey’s Coffee, Jameson Bailey’s, espresso crumbs and chocolate ganache. Health-conscious customers can order the bakery’s Not Cheesecake Bowl, a vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free dessert comprising of dark chocolate topped with seasonal fruit, protein granola, pistachio and almond crumble.
All cakes and cheesecakes are priced at Rs. 2950, exclusive of taxes. 36 hours’ notice is required for all pre-orders.
