I used matcha for the green color, these gluten-free cookies are so delicious and so easy to make! Hope you are having a wonderful Monday!?? Ingredients: 2-3 cups all purpose gluten-free flour, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted), 1 cup coconut sugar, 1/2 cup aquafaba (water from a can of chickpeas), 1 tsp baking powder, 5 tbsp @we.are.cultured "Pure-Ma-Cha" (matcha) + 2 tbsp water (mixed) Mix coconut oil, sugar, peanut butter and aquafaba until well combined. Add baking powder and mix again until combined. Start adding flour until a dough forms and add the matcha mixture (add it in different quantities for an ombré effect) bake at a preheated oven at 375f(190c) for 8 minutes. Enjoy!??
