It started 7 years ago with the simple idea of making macarons in India. What an incredible learning experience these years have been. While it seems shiny and glamorous (which it sometimes is) most of the time it’s tough and challenging. But hey, that’s what makes it interesting! And I get to do what I love every single day and call it a job 😊 From a team of 3 to 75 I feel like I’m constantly mothering someone and I wouldn’t be able to do this without my incredible and strong parents AND all of you!! Thank you for being a part of my journey, for trusting Le15 and making us a part of your memories ❤ #HappyBirthdayLe15 #Seven

From her first day in the central kitchen of the much-loved patisserie to baking her first cake, Pooja sure has had an experience to share in the past seven years. Her macarons continue to sell like hot cakes, and we will remain her fan for being the bosslady that she is!
This photo was posted by Pooja earlier in the day, which sums up the incredible seven-year journey of Le 15.
