On February 18-19, cookbook author and food consultant Saee Koranne-Khandekar will host a workshop where she will teach jams, cakes, flavoured butters and breads using farm fresh strawberries at Saffronstays Verandah by the Valley. The author of Crumbs! plans to treat her guests to a strawberry extravaganza with interesting recipes and tips.
“I have always wanted to teach outside a typical classroom or structured environment. It can be intimidating for some. And if you are looking at a more recreational class, a Bohemian setting is therefore ideal. At this particular venue, people can enjoy a holiday and at the same participate in a cookery workshop,” says Saee who is looking to do more such activities in the future.
