If you have attended any of her baking classes in Mumbai, you know that you're in for something good. City girl Shaheen Peerbhai, who studied at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, is back with a series of baking workshops across three cities. Apart from Mumbai, Shaheen will be introducing her baking classes to Delhi and Bangalore this year.
The baking classes will start on August 26th and last until October 2nd in Mumbai. The Delhi and Bangalore classes will be held on September 3rd and 4th, and September 10th and 11th respectively.
The London-based baker follows an annual ritual by bringing her expertise in French patisserie to amateur bakers in the form of Purple Foodie Baking Classes. The classes are typically demo-based and last for 3 to 3.5 hours. The recipes are fresh with a simplistic approach. This time, Shaheen will bring some of her favourite recipes ranging from quick bakes to elaborate layered desserts, tea time treats, and even a class on breads and savoury bakes.
