After a huge success in the previous years, the Celebrate Bandra Food Carnival is back with a bang this month. With around 25 handpicked food brands, a host of interesting home chefs along with loads of entertainment, this is one foodie event you surely don't want to miss.

We spoke to Paresh Chhabria, co-founder of Small Fry Co. for all the details.

Names to watch out for

Expect 25 food brands to cook and serve some of the most unique dishes as part of the Celebrate Bandra Food Carnival. Here are some food stalls that you should be heading to.

The Curry Brothers: Known for their lip-smacking Bengali, Goan and south Indian preparations, eat at The Curry Brothers for sure.

Death by BBQ: Slow cooked BBQ meats are their speciality. Expect Southern-style ribs, pulled pork, BBQ chicken at this stall.

Where's My Cone?: Love ice-creams? Try out their gourmet hand-churned ice-creams and ice-cream sandwiches. Right from a classic vanilla bean to a fancy blueberry cheesecake ice-cream, they have it all.

Oye Panjabi: Enjoy dhaba food with biryanis, parathas and rajma chawal at Oye Panjabi. Make sure not to stuff yourself 'coz there's too much to eat.

Home chefs to watch out for

Dilan's Delight: Dilan's Delight will be serving Turkish food. We hope to find flaky baklavas and sweet Turkish delights!

Cutchi Memon Table: Right from mutton samosas to paya and kebabs, the Cutchi Memon Table is a heaven for meat lovers.

Parsi Bhonu: Come by Parsi Bhonu to enjoy some delicious Parsi food. Sali Marghi, anyone?

Saccharine: A sweet lover's paradise, Saccharine's creamy pavlovas are bound to satiate your meringue cravings.

Fat is Flavour: Chef Pratik Kuckreja's signature chocolate soil comes in exciting flavours - toasted s'mores, chocolate fudge soil, pecan pie dark chocolate soil and more. Cool, eh!
