As we officially step into the second half of the year, we whole-heartedly announce that this month is packed with back-to-back workshops, both online and offline starting from the 2nd of July. From whipping up your own set of adorable mini-cupcakes with The Lil Whisk—a home-bakery brand run by the mother-daughter trio Shilpa, Reeth and Disha Khurana—rakhi special fusion desserts with chef Ojas to making your own burger buns and dinner rolls with chef Rachi, this time we promise you a diversified set of baking classes you mustn't miss out on!

Mini cakes galore

If you've found your eyes fixated on the cute mini-cakes that are gaining popularity all over the internet, this engaging workshop with the dynamic Khurana trio is meant just for you. Shilpa Khurana along with her daughters, Reeth and Disha Khurana of The Lil Whisk, a home-grown bakery brand, will be hosting the very first class for the month of July at our studio. A five-hour-long offline workshop that promises to teach all the essentials, methods and techniques to help you bake your own set of cutesy mini-cakes. And a summer program in French Pastry Arts at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Pâtisserie is now carving her place as an ace baker in this industry. In this absolutely egg-free class she will take you over the fundamentals of baking bread, right from making and kneading the dough to shaping, scoring and proofing along with tips and tricks to help you customise the breads for yourself from the comfort of your own kitchens.
