Baker, cake artist and owner of Mumbai-based Mishmash bakery Shikha Murarka, who specialises in wedding, pinata and regular cakes, will be taking a very interesting class on contemporary desserts with a hint of desi elements in it. Think donuts but from Bareilly, with a whole lot of boondis and thandai in them.
