1. In a mixer jar, add coconut, few dried red chilies, garlic cloves, coriander seeds, ginger, black pepper and water. Mix all nicely.
2. Once it’s done, heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, onion, salt and coriander. Cook till the onion turns soft.
3. Then put a bowl of chopped raw mangoes in the pan. Mix and stir it.
4. Pour in some water to let it get thick.
5. Cook it and Serve with rice and other accompaniments.
