1. Take a cup of boiled and crushed corn in a big bowl.
2. Add some coriander, green chillies, cumin powder and salt to taste.
3. Put a bowl of grated cheese in it. Mix all ingredients nicely.
4. Create a dough out of flour, wheat, ghee, water and salt. Take small portions of the dough.
5. Flatten it with a rolling pin. Add the corn and cheese mixture in it.
6. Fold it and again flatten it.
7. Put in the pan for frying and apply ghee to it and cook it well.
8. Serve it with curd.
