Puli Aval/Tamarind Poha is a popular South Indian version of Poha. It is so easy to prepare that you can actually make it in a few minutes. Made from pressed rice (poha) with a flavour of tamarind chutney, raw peanuts and curry leaves.
- 2 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tsp Urad Dal
- 2 tsp Bengal Gram Dal
- 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts
- 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
- Few Curry Leaves
- 2 Red Chillies
- 1 tsp Tamarind Paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

Turn on the gas and add some oil in a pan.
Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds to it.
