Method of Preparation:
– Wash and soak the rice overnight.
– Grind rice, jaggery, elaichi powder, dahi, poha, salt, turmeric powder and water to make a very smooth consistency batter.
– Transfer it to the mixing bowl.
– Leave to ferment overnight.
– Heat oil in a pan.
– Pour batter onto it and spread in a circular motion.
– Cover it with a lid and let it cook evenly on both the sides
– Sweet dosa is ready to serve. Enjoy!
